Now back to the issue at hand....you think you may have an i.p issue? How many computers do you have running and or game boxes or voip devices? If its just a computer or two go to run on the computer(s) and type in cmd that will open a dos box. Type in ipconfig /all just as I have it here. Look and make sure that the i.p 192.168.1.103 is not duplicated on any of the computers. If it is then you have an i.p conflict.....
