Anyone with some thoughts? Can anyone give me a realistic explanation on why I can get a good signal strength on 91w but not be able to scan any channels? If I wasn't pointed at the right bird, how could I get good signal strength from it????

Already factory restored. Already running latest LEGIT BIN.
