I read somewhere that 151 will not work for nova... Rather, it will work but has had mixed reviews. Have you tried rolling back to the 150.3? Also, are you loading via the web interface or are you using the menu in the nfusion? Or using a serial cable? (spose the first two options are the same as the server is going to give you 150.3) Also which factory file did you load? There's tons of posts here about going from u38 or something like that to u43.

That's all i can come up with... Other than that, have you tried power cycling the STB after the update? I had to do that when i upgraded the bin last time, some odd reason it wouldn't take...
