Simply put, getting a signal reading and a quality reading does NOT mean you're getting them from the INTENDED satellite, it means that you're getting signal from SOME satellite that your dish is pointed at. As in the pictures, the antenna setup page MUST display the name of the intended satellite to match the satellite you have selected in the satellite menu. Each satellite uses varying transponder settings. Those for one satellite will not necessarily be the same as those for another, therefore, even if you have the satellite "selected", and you're getting signal and quality readings, you're not necessarily getting them from a satellite with transponder details that match the selected satellite.

You MUST physically point your dish at the satellite before you can tune it in. If your dish is pointed at 119W, you WILL NOT receive signal from 91W unless and until you re-aim your dish. On the antenna settings menu when you select a sat to tune to, watch the area ABOVE the dark box and to the right of center for the NAME of the satellite you're getting the quality and signal readings from.
