Try changing your DNS to an open DNS of 208.67.222.222. Sometimes ISP's have problems with their DNS. 208.67.222.222 is an open and free DNS and anyone can use it....see if that makes a difference. Everything else looks good....

Did you also check to make sure the i.p of 192.168.1.106 is not duplicated on any other computers or devices on your network?
