Here's an update. I had a Professional FTA installer come out. He pointed the dish correctly at 91w, verified it with his dishfinder and we still couldn't lock on. I performed a complete refresh of the nova with factory file, boot file and 1.50.3 bin. Still no luck on 4 Novas.
He even swapped out the LNB with another just to be sure...Nothing...I give up.
