There's something else going on if the dish is pointed correctly and the screen looks identical to my picture i posted. What's your switch configuration? You said you have 4 nova's, do you have a quad dishpro LNB? Also, when you do configure it, and then scan channels, does it find anything for you? Don't give up man! It's frustrating at times, but the more info you can give us, the more help we can be!
Please post your wiring diagram and all equipment, we can get this thing nailed yet.
