I have done all as explain still don't have any channels all said no signal or block have latest files on sv elite settings are s=78 q=99,110 scan and got 143 channel,,119 scan and got 395 channels,,129 scan and got=188 channels// settings are as follow

The only problem I have on 129 is on top r/corner it shows EchoStar 7[119.0'w]
