Fta satellite receivers are like computers designed to do just one kind of work. They have to be programmed to transform electromagnetic waves to video and audio seen and heard on Your TV. If we know how we can change the software on it to make it able to do the same with scrambled channels . This is what FTA people are doing for testing, educational , fun etc... purpose. Acording to present knolewedge all of the software (if exists) is available on line for free. Selling it for piracy purpose is rather very illegal. So I would be sceptical to buy it. Dig the web . If that guy have it , it get it free.
