I just spent all day Saturday playing with the outputs of my K-Box. The picture has Very poor contrast on all outputs. The objects are dimly lit and shadows lack details. Overall picture is still darker with maximum bightness/contrast settings on K-Box. Here is what I found.

With Compsite output : The picture is really bad. All of the symtoms are there.
With Component output : it is a little batter but still not what it should be. Color are lighter. Contrast is a little bettwr.
With S-Video : It is even better than the first two output types but picture still has poor contrast.

My NFusion and DN Sub receiver are perfectly fine. Dish was installed by DN dude. I also have Comcast Digital Cable box on that TV. All work fine with the same brightness/contrast/color settings on TV.

I have tried various different cables on composite, component and S-Video. BUt K-Box picture is not even close to what it should be. I just spent fortune on buying all these cables. My diagnosis is that my K-Box has issues with video output.
Any suggestions ?
