Using USB to load Pansat9000HD

Can some one tell me if you can use Windows 98 to load the Usb memory stick i dont know how to set it uy if it will work the other question is can you use the usb cable and down load straight int reciver if so how thanks in advance.

If your using windows 98SE,, yes,,,,older version you would have to load drivers for the USB 2.0,,,,try formating the USB memory stick ,,copy the bin onto it,,,,turn off receiver ,,,plug in USB stick ,,,turn it back on ,,,go to your menu utilities and flash your STB ,,,the purpose of a USB capable STB,,,is that you dont have to worry about a loader,,,,a cable,,,
