So what about High Definition LNBs?

So I know they got the new High Definition FTA receivers now but is that all that is needed to get Channels in HD or is there a certain LNB that needs to be purchased as well? Will we be able to use the normal Dish 500 satellite?

hardware is all the same.
dish 500 is good.
you will want to point at:

82w with a 9000.
actually,i take you you didn't buy a 9k yet?
if not,don't lol
you can't get dn hd with it.
go for the 9200 pansat then you can add a board to get dn hd
then you will want:

119/110
91/82 (might as well get 91 while your pointing to 82 as one dish with 2 lnbs will get both anyway,and have more standard chans)
61.5 -if your on the east coast.

lol thank you. I just ordered 2 Pansat 9200HD boxes they should be arriving shortly I was just wondering as to what else I would need to get the Channels in HD.

what type of board are you refering to? for the 9200.

point your dish 500 at 119/110 and another dish 500 at 91/82 for starters.
