If your 250sm is rolling her picture and you can't see anything,don't panic.
it is just in PAL mode.you need to set it back to NTSC mode.
1.flip the rear switch off/on.
2.press exit.(to exit the epg load screen)
3.press menu.
4.press down twice.
5.press OK.
6.press down three times.
7.press OK.
8.press right until pic comes in.(can try left also if no luck)
9.if its on auto change to NTSC is advised.(s-video out for example,will only be black and white pic if left on auto)
