OSD settings:

banner time out-
1-2-4-6/off
can select how long you want the bottom info banner on channels to display,off simply means the banner will stay up until you press exit via remote.

osd transparency-
low/middle/high
set how solid or transparent you like your menu's displayed.

installation password-
on/off
set on if you want a password to be entered first to have access to antenna setup.

epg tools:

load epg-
select epg>green key to load the epg.

epg time shift-
you can jump back and ahead in 12 hr increments.
press yellow key to jump back 12 hrs.
press blue key to jump ahead 12 hrs.

view large info screen-
press info while in epg to view,press info again to exit.

channel search tools:


select sat/package-
press the SAT button,then select your sat/echostar package/nimiq package,
select a channel.

find channel-
you can search by channel name.
while viewing a channel,press OK>green key
searches channels your selected sat is on,
for example,if your on echo package,it searches only channels on echo birds.
can select ALL to search all channels.

search by theme-
press SAT>select the package you would like to search by theme>press blue button>select your theme,
MOVIES
SPORTS
NEWS/BUSINESS
FAMILY/CHILD
EDUCATION
SERIES/SPECIAL
MUSIC/ART
RELIGIOUS
SCIENCE
ADULT
OTHERS
then press ok to start search.press blue button to toggle from channel to theme.


renumbering local channel-
menu>user setup>renumbering local CH>select state>select city>OK
