Pansat 250 sm no PPV E8/10 duplicate chan, on scan

recently my E,E/10 birds when scanned eather blind or normal
all channels get duplicated and E/10 ppv's don't show only the 3
on E. when reboot it shows the 8882 thread, tried to fix using api file
proposed on pansatusa site but even though i follow the procedure it doesn't
keep off. lately my pansat 250sm is so erratic. when new after i inserted
the pen drive it would call for usb attack, now it sits there and i have to
go to main menu to upload the bin files. things are getting out of control,
can someone help me with these issues? thanks in advance

did ever try a factory reset,load the factory file and the new bin?

yes I did and still same condition

i did a factory default, loaded everything up and lost ppv, and had dud channs after scan

my pansat is all over the place too, i wanted to kill the machine today, when i first scanned it my channels were all mixed up and i have no VS, channel or ppv, plus i' miissing other chans

i have a fix for my pansat 250sm, but i am still missing my ppv, should i scan again or what
