I turn on from back and show me 8882 next 6-11 and -- -- and don't change please help me to fix my receiver.

Did you try to download the factory file using your cable,if not then try it.

how ya doing there buddy?
did you get her scanned?
if you need help with what to setup and enter in the antenna settings just let us know what dish/lnb etc you have and where its pointed.

i can't remove the -- -- four lines in the front of the receiver.
I tried to download the factory file using the cable but the receiver don't change

I thought it was a software issue but I think it's not.

Do as buddy Arb's said.

Press Menu on your remote and see if something comes up on the screen.

oh that's ok.do you have it hooked to your tv now?
if not,connect it.then select your language.
then go to antenna settings and setup and sat scan.
once your scanned those lines will go away.
