ugg,this box just going downhill?

ok,the thing is known widespread to be buggy.no secret there.but hooked this up again after another couple months to take a look.but 10-15 min (or longer) sat scans? holy smokes.
the thing is so stripped down with no real features you find today on other units,but they don't even have basic scanning down yet? omg lol.

ok so im used to 30-40 second sat scans with the like of the neo ipro,but it has a vergo chip,it should be same as coolies/cnx's stbs.sure its only a 150 mhz chip,but even an old cw pre with 160 conaxsat chip has 1.5-2 min sat scans.
jeez.have they just given up on this or what.
it might just be diseqc 1.1 tho.perhaps regular 1.0 does fine,who knows,i don't want to wait again to find out haha.

i guess you guys running these things are just doing your sat scans with older files or suppin?

Yea, looks like a lot of members are dealing with this STB, and still having the same issues others were having several months ago. It looks like Pansat is not going to do anything with this box. Looks like another doorstop...

yeah,not surprising i guess.but i didn't expect it to be quite this lame still.
epg looks like its as good as its sat scans.oh boy,i feel bad for the peeps who expected it to be at least in same ball park as other units.not even half way there imho yet.sad,just sad.ah well im done messing around with this one again for now already lol.

I think Ultra Lite does the same time for sat scans, might be longer.
