This fix was a little late, but alot of issues were fixed with the file and they are listed below.
1. Faster channel scan ( NO more IT channels)
2. BEV & Dish AR fixed
3. no more freezing when going throught channels fast
4. 61.5 should be working now
5. BEV ppv and Porn working
6. T5 can be moved now to channel 1 2 3 ...ect
