I agree, people are still grabbing at straws! This receiver has been nothing but problems from day 1! I purchased this receiver on the advise of a couple of mods on this site and other sites. Worse purchase I ever made in fta receivers. All they are trying to do is pump money out of people, like the dongle for instance, it never did work. DONT get taken, who would pay a 100.00 for the so called eks, when its free with xxxxxx, put another 40.00 dollars and get a new xxxxxxx. Good luck on your venture.

I supposed that there are only two brands on the market that have reliable IKS. They are xxxxxx and xxxxxxx

and just to let everyone know that other unit that has iks and never goes down went down with last nights ecm and is still down. i welcome any competition. i still think neo is the better box, i would just like to see the support to go with it. more power to those other brands to. the more people working on solutions the better for us.

No, the unit will be EKS/IKS or something similar. There will be no more cardless, at least not until N3 is beaten

Really, EKS can be used as a temporary solution until an N3 cardless fix is figured out. Up until N3, other IKS solutions were kinda neat to have around the market place, but really, people were (and still are) content with a cardless solution.
This will work itself out and the manufacturers will come to a happy medium sooner than later.
I don't believe EKS is the save all solution. It's a great feature, but it's just that...a feature.

Sorry about that basscat. I had made a statement before that I would not say anything about any receiver, I just got carried away. By the way the xxxxxx is having problems also.

I hope some of us still remember old days when just after N1 went to N2... their were 101 schemes to get paid N2 fixes, which no one did till N2 was made public.
