right now there is no fix for it but there is rumored to be one coming

If we set it up, how many channels will i get? I want to set it up through wifi. I didn't open my box yet. Tell me if i should keep it or return it?

All due respect, Why would you buy this box with very little support at this time?

You would have been better off getiing a NF or SV!!!

If you can, return it if possible..

i agree sorry bud if you want solid right now nfusion kbox or sonicveiw if you can take it back ask them for a sonicview in my opnion .. good luck either way you will need to buy a ihub or get a nfusion it is built in ..

If you want something solid right now, Conaxsat with their hub, or Sonicview with their hub. Right now, there's no sign of support for the Neosat and no heads up on whether there ever will be any ever again. Don't open that box up, bring it back and next time, read up before making a purchase. There's a lot of informed people on the FTA sites so read, read, and read again

I asked the same question a few months ago about my nFusion HD. I still prefer my Viewsonic HD max even though it doesn’t work at this time.
