Can't get laoder to work

I just got an neosat pro. I need to load the basic files but I can't get the loader to work. I am using the 1.13 ver. whenever I try to load the files the loader frezes up. I select the file and click upgrade software. It tells me to turn stb off then on again. I do and then the loader freezes up. Can anyone help me? Please.

Just want to make sure I understand. My user Guide says Neosat Pro Not Ipro or Ipro 2000. It does have pvr and iks capabilities it came with the network adabter. I thought I oprdered a ipro 2000 but this is what they sent me. I am thinking of returning it. I have had it cince monday morning. I figured if I could get it to work by Friday I would send it back. Well at least try to send it back. Just want to make sure I am on the right page.

ok Thanks that helped alot. Now I think I have done everythig that the list said to do. But I still can't get anything on the screen. All my channels scanned in, I loaded the newest bin Ver. 280. What am I missing? I have a viewsat and it tells me when it is autorolling and ect. How do i troubleshoot to find my problem?

press f4 (Under the sliding cover) push the green button to disconnect press exit

press f3 turn a/r on
iks a/r off

exit out and wait a few minutes I always put it on 200 (CNN) and wait
should have a pic in less than 5 min.

I have same box as you,the neosat pro 2000 I have box now for 5 weeks and today is the first day I got it going,Make sure you put your box # in,its the ones on bottom of receiver,What took us so long I think,is we were putting in zero number,and it should have been o ,the letter, they say,if its oval its the number,round is letter,you look at them and its the same,if you used numbers,try the o letters if its in you ser #.
I also had trouble putting bin 280 in with flash,so I done it normal way,hooking up to computer and downloading it,check to see if the bin 280 is in your receiver,if you done it by usb flash its not,its complicated,but you need another file on flash before it will work,that is way I done it old way,its a little more work,but less trouble,
If I could get back here I will see how you done, ha I am new on this website also,so I have trouble using it,

you do have the ipro 2000 loader on your desktop correct,that is what I used to load my 280 bin

Thanks everyone for all your help. With alot of reading and a Large loss of hair I have it up and running. I am not sure if I am running on iks or off the bin file I loaded. How can you tell? Does it make a difference until the bin stops? Just wondering Again thanks all.

If your running bin 1.80 and it isn't freezing your on iks
both a/r should be off for iks
