A>Hybrid is refer as how the system will work, lets say we got two card handlers and one fail, ina regular IKS the channels on the server that fail will not be available, in this case on hybrid the working card handler with take the work of the server ho fail, this mean that they are creating a system of non on less human intervention for support or maintenance

2a. Q>Hybrid IKS means that you can run IKS and cardless at the same time.

A>Not necesary, we got Non Hybrid system and we are up on both options

3. Q>The Hybrid IKS system will never go down.

A>we cant say never but they goal is like i mentioned on Q2

4. Q>The Hybrid IKS system is totally different that the [other brand] IKS system and is way better because of X,Y and Z.

A>yes it is the other brand got a old IKS system, even the one we use is all way better speaking on the software/coding way
