cnn on bv froze. i'm tired of switching around boxes & pushing f3, f4 red button green button etc etc & then watching all of 15 or 20 minutes of uninterrupted TV.
neo the yo-yo box.
one thing about this box, if you try to watch tv for any length of time, your fingers get more exercise operating the remote than playing a video game.

DN up and pretty stable for me, since i changed from DHCP to STATIC.
(didn't change any settings, just changed from DHCP to STATIC)

I understand your frustration, why not just put it in the closet till HIKS up and stable. Or you could always sell it on fleabay and get something else. Captain looks real interesting, but it probably won't be stable for a while also.

I didn't know you could remove a file per-se from neo.
I just reinstalled 290 & bv worked normally last night. (Though dik froze & froze)
Bv worked for about 30 minutes after I got home from work then froze.
So how do you remove a file from IPro? (After I loaded 290, the alpha file did not show when I checked the receiver's software.)

Well I think he means do a factory default and rescan. I had to do that before I could get it to work at all. He may mean to reload the factory file though as this would clean out all remnants of the old file. Then reload 2.90 and rescan.
