New Bin 12053 F issues - ABA DSS

OK, I tried to load 12053f this morning and I get an invalid file, so, anyone else get it loaded? I"m glad that it is being worked on, hopefully something gets fixed soon..

Well, it would not let me load it at all, just says invalid flile... what's going on? Did they get new coders?

not to sure about that but they are way behind,i just seen a post about the files being no good again before i seen your post.

Thanks, I guess all we can do is sit and hope we get new files soon before N3 comes

Sorry about that...again.

One would think that the coders would at least test the bin prior to release???
Seems both files for CS8000 & CS8100 had "sum error" issues. (in other words, "not all there") a problem that reflects the coders as well. lol

If this were baseball...3 strikes...your out!

Man...talk about corporate disorder.
This is about the second time, CoolSat has fell on it's face...big time.

Hmmm.... I downloaded it. loaded it and it's working. It rolls about every 2 hours but no worse than my CW600. Seems fine to me. There are a couple weird things that happened in the menu but once I figured that out, it worked fine.

8000 and 8100 files Uploaded by Norw... server error caused partial uploads

Norw group has uploaded the files again to the forum, the files are just numbered -1 after, please make sure to delete old files from your computer to avoid confusion ..then download new

Well, I loaded the new file last night, it rolled right away, watched a bit of TV and then this morning I turned it on and all is well, great EPG and all the channels that are not N3 work great. I'm feeling encouraged by the new file, now I wonder if the 7000 will get a fix soon.

Glad they finally got it right...hope it lasts for a while.

And I also hope the other files are not far behind the HD units.

SJ, I did get a point where it went scrambled for a minute or so, probably a key roll. In the past I never saw that "Key Roll" is that a function of the software and can it get better? We have been watching ch 300 for about an hour and only had the one blip.. I sure hope things can be worked out.

As a tester, expect to freeze once in a while.
Do a power reboot (from rear) when this happens & most of the time, it will be fine.
Often they will settle down after running a while.
I had to reboot about 3 times on my CNX Nano last night...par for the course.

Thanks as of right now, it's been on since early this morning and working fine... I'll post anything if I notice a change.. but for now, it seems to have settle in nicely. My congradulations to the coders whom ever they are... Can't wait to see if they come up with 7000 files.
