i have a cs 5000 and cs8100, i advise staying away as little support for them, look to other s with support

I also have a cs 5000 and cs8100 and I'm and my 5000 on charlie (bev) is wide open, this way if **** is down the other's up .I don't seem to have any issues with support,
think they are doing a fine job , hard to please everyone!

sv 8000 hd is the way to go in my opinion...awesome support, great features...I love mine and would recommend it to everyone!

I have 2 - Coolsats 5000 & 6000 and 2 Viewsats 1-Vs-Extreme and 1-Vs-9000hd.
I love my Vs - 9000hd, good support, easy setup and operation. I think they are all good it just depends on who you get the best support from.

It could be the best box, but until more are out there, the support will probably continue to be slow. I feel that within a few months it will be worth while from a support standpoint, but recently the pansat, dreamboxes and a couple of others have had the fixes up a lot sooner.
