Help please

I have a CW 800 and i uploaded the new bin file and now its telling me no channel. When i got into the epg it doesnt show and channels or any shows at all. Can someone help me out with what i might need to do. And please be patient because im still very new to FTA and ABADSS. Thanks all who read.

is it a new stb, have you done an autoscan?

how to autoscan:

1) press menu- go to installation- then autoscan.
2) select the sats you want to scan from the list.
3)press the OK button to start the scan.

as each tp scans you should see the # of channels going up.

and when you're done with that press f1 000 on your remote to enable the patch

when i hit menu then installation is does not give me an option to auto scan .... and you said to chose which sat do you mean i should select 110 because im am unable to hit 119 from my apt i only have 110

Try using these settings
echostar 8 110w
trans 12224
LNB freq 11250
LNB type osc-dp or normal if it is legacy
22khz 0ff
Diseqc none
legacy sw off
motor none

If you get quality with those settings & it says found echo 110 at the bottom then hit the red button for auto scan

painter guy my satellite name is on 148 nothing else gives me a signal. Anyways its no longer saying no channel its now saying scrambled channel and in the EPG its showing the channel numbers but not showing any shows that are playing. What should i do next. And thank you all who has helped, im lost without you all!
