signal and quality 0
Hello, I think my cw800 bit the dust! It has 0 signal and quality. I checked the lnbs with my door stop coolsat 5k and get 90+ signal and quality so its not the dish or switch. I loaded new bin and did a factory reset and reworked the settings and still no sig. or quality. Any help will be appreciated!

Re: signal and quality 0
Did you use the same antenna settings in the cw as the cs?

Re: signal and quality 0
check and make sure you have the coax connected to the correct port on the cw
some makes have the ports arranged differently and is an easy mistake to make

signal and quality issues
if you are having problems with signal or quality try these steps:
* do a hard reboot with the switch on back.
* make sure you have the right sat selected in your antenna settings.
* check your antenna settings to be sure they are correct.
* check all your connections including the switch to be sure they are tight and working.
* if your quality is low or 0 you may need to align your dish.
* make sure you have the latest bin file.
* try different lnb types to be sure you have the right one.
* before moving, changing, or disconnecting any cables turn your stb off with the
switch on back.

Re: signal and quality 0
you could also try the factory file then reload the latest bin.

Re: signal and quality 0
I was having signal/quality problems and then I tried unplugging a coax from the loop out port which I was running to a sub. Miraculously I suddenly got good quality and signal. It's strange as it worked fine with my sub connected to the loop out port for over a year.

Re: signal and quality 0
Yea the loop out will keep them from working, I have several friends we all have them and only about 10% will work with the loopout hooked up.
