How is it that some people are saying 2 weeks just testing bins others are saying never and some saying no one knows when they will be back up?

How much for the paid service and how would I get it,plus if it involves high speed I can't get it out in the country where I'm located.

Just something to think about. The paid service is very risky in my opinion. You don't know who you're paying it could be anyone, even a sting operation by one of the providers, or if the guy you buy from gets busted he will have your info to get you busted as well. The guy you pay could take your money and give you nothing and you have no way of getting it back. This is just my opinion you would have to decide for yourself if these risks are worth it.

Yeah I would use a prepaid card. Not sure but seems like the same guys that are doing the neosat.
