Smart Card
DN recently sent me a smart card and said that if i don't install it into my DN receiver my service may be interuppted. My DN receiver never had one before. Does anybody know what is going on with this request from DN?

If your sure it doesn't have one then don't worry. Take a look at the front and see if you have a door that will open, or tell us what model it is and we can tell you if it should have one.

back in the day, i had 3 receivers and only 1 required a card, the others didnt.

There is currently no card inside the receiver, but they say it needs one. Do you think it will cause any problems with my CW800 if I put it in??

put the card in your dn receiver
will not affect the cw800 at all

how about when dish switches over to n3, will all boxes go down? is there a fix coming? do we need new gear?
