Is it just me? The new file V2.07 has no picture at all, just sound coming in and out. Reload it twice.

do a hard reboot with back switch
if that does not work do a factory default from menu and rescan

I just did my cw800 and its working fine.

Hard reboot cures that issue for every receiver.

Loaded the new file V2.07 .. box rebooted and nothing happened. It just read SARTUP, then changes to BOOT and then to Error 020. Cannot access anything from the remote or the box: menue, or USB. Turned the power off from the back; from the mains, unhooked the infeed cable. Nothing works. Please help ...Is the a way to access the menue and then do a factory reset or download any other bin or factory files?

you will need to redownload the file using the null modem cable
