anyone know have any chinese channel especially jade world?

Ok, I just got a DN 30" dish with 2700A receiver. I Want to get the ExpressVU/Nimiq. By using the Satellite Aiming Calculator, it said the Azimuth is 140.4889 and the Elevation is 27.485 It also said something about magnetic deviation of location?? Which really got me confuse. Should I just follow the measurement and aim the satellite? I also read something about skew too from some post by moderators..still not very sure. Please help....
