coolsat7100micro pvr_but no indian channels

Hi
I am new to FTA and i need some help
I have taken regular DN account and signed up for Gemini and Maatv ( Telugu Indian Channel) for the last 7 months. Now I bought a Coolsat 7100micro pvr receiver hooked it up in place of my DN receiver. now i only get 110,119.(i did an Auto check)i got all the American channels but no hindi and Telugu channels.
Can someone please help me how do i get all the indian channels

Deepti,

Looks like you need to scan Anik F3 to get international channels. In your installation menu, check to see if you have Anik F3 @ 118.7 in the list of satellites. If you do, all you have to do is set the disecq switch settings to the right port and then scan.

Do you know what type of dish you have (1000+ or 1000.2 etc.) Can you take a peek at the dish and let us know what you have as a setup. Do you one dish with 2 or 3 lnbs or do you two dishes? Also, see if you have a switch near the dishes -- like a DP44 or DP34.

That will help us guide you in the right direction.
