No Indian channels with the new fix of Viewsat Ultra V2
All,
I need help here. I have 110. 118.7 and 119 channels with Viewsat Ultra V2. I was getting the indian channels, but do not get anything now since I loaded the new file. I just get Auto Roll processing for all the indian channels. Please advise what has to be done...

I have seen extended autoroll times on the International channels. Try Ch200 CNN until the update occurs, then switch back to 118.7W.

Re: No Indian channels with the new fix of Viewsat Ultra V2
That is puzzling as the A/R update should be valid for all channels received. I have been able to awaken my SV4000 by the CNN method. I will look around to see if others are having similar problems with the VS.

Re: No Indian channels with the new fix of Viewsat Ultra V2
I have come across several posts indicating continuous A/R only on some channels of the VS Ultra. One Moderator solved the problem by resetting the VS to Factory Default and rescanning the sats.

Re: No Indian channels with the new fix of Viewsat Ultra V2
Ok I will do that...In that case is this the procedure to follow?
1. Load factory file.
2. Enter antenna settings
3. Upload the latest fix
The reason I am asking is because this is the first time I am doing this. Just set it up last week with the help of installer.
