DivX Repair Tool: PMP DivX Manager
This tool will repair any movies that you have dloaded or ripped and have been corrupted...now if a file is too coorupt/damaged then it may not reapir...i have used this tool on 2 movies that would lock and freeze on me when plsying them back in my FTA receiver (CNX Trio).....i repaired them using this tool and they now play perfectly fine with hardly any notice of loss in quality....
These instros i am posting are based on default settings and never changed a thing after installation of the tool....to repair/fix the file, takes about 10-20 mins to repair...it will also leave your original version and add the prefix "original_" to the original bad file and add a new fixed file...so you will have 2 files when complete (the original and the newly fixed).....
1. Open PMP DivX Manager
2. When first opened, it will prompt you with settings. Just hit ok and continue
3. Click Select folder tab at top of window (this folder is where your movie file is at so be sure to make a folder for your movie(s) that are to be repaired)
4. Once folder is selected, it shoudl AUTO read the movie(s) in that folder
***NOTE: YELLOW markings in the file window to the far left next to the file name will mean the file is playable or viewable but it has errors and needs repair
ORANGE Markings mean it needs to be repaired and is not viewable
GREEN means its repaired/viewable and no errors
5. Highlight the file to be repaired
6. Right Click on the file and select Auto Convert -->> Current File Only
7. Codec Exchange wimdow willl appear
8. Click "Encoding Start" button at bottom of the window

NOTE*** This is where you will be looking for the finish line in BOLD, located as the last line in the CMD Prompt window:
Pos: 688.8s 17221f (100%) 1566.97fps Trem: 1min 696mb A-V:0.041 [903:120]]
11. Once done, file should be repaired. You should check the repair by highlighting the new fixed file in the PMP DivX Manager window and make sure it is GREEN..if green play and confirm that the file is fixed in your DivX player or CNX Trio
