Loaded latest update, now no channels

Are there any suggestions for what i can do to find the channels as they have all disappeared after i updated the box and now it goes directly to the channel manager page.

first make sure you loaded the right file, if you did do a hard reboot with the switch on back.
if you still have no luck try loading the file again.

Going straight to Channel Manager indicates that you not only loaded the patch but also performed a Factory Reset. You need to set up your birds again and rescan.

So the satellites should be set up though already right, so all i need to do is to scan for channels? How on earth did I do a factory Reset anyways?

enter your settings and do a channel scan, leave on ch.0200 to populate epg.

Let us see....Looking at the general direction your dish is pointed, I'd take a wild guess and the ones in the sky.

do you really think i'm an idiot? Which satellites should I be able to tune in? I get some of the echo satellites.
