Box not working - ABA DSS

I have a CNX DUO just loaded the new file and the channels still are not working. I tried to re-boot and nothing happens.

switch to channel 239,,hard reboot and let it sit for several minutes

after u updated with new file ,,did u redo ur antenna settings ? if ur settings are good and u know how to reset them,, do a factory default,, then reset ur antenna settings for each sat u are aimed at,,,then scan in fresh channels

one other note,, on my trio, sometimes when i update, the first attempt doesnt seem to work, so i then reload it, then when the "stb needs to reboot"
comes up,,i know its been installed correctly,, and i let it reboot

What files did you load? Current tells us nothing - the numbers are there so we can tell if indeed you have the correct files loaded. What are your antenna settings? What lnb(s) do you have? What switch(es)? Does the banner at the bottom of the Channel Manager match the bird at the top?

reload latest patch, then factory default.
