Re: re-dish
well he states that he has a DP 500 so the switch is built in. make sure your lnb is set for ocs-dp and you have 22K off.
when you set up for 119 does the receiver say its pointing to 119?
you may have to move your dish also, or skew it.

Re: re-dish
Typical DishPro LNB Settings
Have a dual DishPro LNB setup and cant get signal? Try these settings first:
Sat 119
LNB Power: ON
LNB Type: Single
LNB Freq: 11.250
22Khz: Off
DiSEq: 1.0
Commited: 1
Sat 110
LNB Power: ON
LNB Type: Single
LNB Freq: 11.250
22Khz: Off
DiSEq: 1.0
Commited: 2
There will be no signal from the 119 satellite if looking at transponder #1 (default). Don't panic - goto motor settings -->scroll to sat 119 -->scroll down and move to transponder #2.
c/p thanks to Darlok

ok,Darloks settings are incorrect here.
they need to be lnb type oscp-dp as hazwiz mentions.
more specifically since i have a cnx.its called DishPro 1 (same thing, just cnx calls it diff name)
to make these changes.
press menu-installations-channel search.
press ok on lnb.and select dishpro 1
make sure this set this way for both birds.
and you will not be using an external diseqc.its built into the lnb.
