Anyways winzip or winrar are great soft's and easy to use.

we have to compress them to save on the size .. if you are using xp just right click on the file and hit extract .. it will open it to where ever .. here is a zip of a winara we use here .. do the same thing .. and install it and

anytime you get a file from here just right click and extract here ..
