Re: cnx duo problem
Patch Files - .EXX extension
These files are a small part of the main UPB/UNO bin and can be built to be loaded by itself. This file is much smaller than a UPB/UNO file because these files are compiled for quick release to get your channels back up and running during dark days. A fulll upgrade file will follow usually a day or 2 after these patch releases so the end user does not have to load a bunch of files. This file is only needed and released when we see a dark day.

Re: cnx duo problem
How to load a file?
Most common and easiest way to load files is with the provided USB stick.
Unzip File and copy file to the Portable USB stick.
Take USB stick to STB and press MENU scroll left to Utility and scroll down to USB press OK.
Window pops up giving you option to choose front or rear USB location. Choose correct one. See attached picture
You will see the file on screen choose the file by scrolling to it and press OK.
Choose SW Update and let it load and reboot.
