Duo Recording problem Message: NTFS not supported.
Hi, Thanks in adavance for any help!! My duo has worked fine for 5 months now. I have been time machine recording and just plan recording using a 400gb external hard drive, now all my movies saved on the Drive are all scrambled and seem lost. I took the HD to the desktop and did a full clean and hooked it back up to the duo and when I try to record i get the message : NTFS not supported. and it will not record. Time machine does a quick flash of "checking USB" but does nothing from there. I also tried a brand new 320GB HD and it says the same thing! Any thoughts or sugestions would be great! Kevin

u need to format the hard drive to fat32 file system,,ntfs is not supported yet,,heres a tool to help u do it,,:

yeah,your stuck with needing to use the old fat32 format with cnx units.
it's a bummer,but the way it is buddy.
many stbs use this format still.
though it has file size limitations,at least it doesn't get fragmented like ntfs tho.
