Just got a new duo and trio. Having problem with scramble. Loaded factory 5.13 and charlie patch 1200 but not luck. Sat 119, dish pro lnb getting good channels. Thanks

can u tell us what sats u aimed at,,and how many lnbs u got,,, and if u give me a few mins ,,i will post which files u will need to load ,, i just got a trio about 3 weeks ago,,,just check back in a few mins,,if others havent told u by then ,,i will post u the links to the files

factory default,,, then try loading this file first :

then load the latest patch :

once files are loaded ,,do ur antenna settings,,make sure when setting up 119,,u switch the tp freq from 12224 to 12239 ,,
then switch ur box to channel 200 or 239 and let it autoroll in the new keys,,and u should be good to go
