CNX Mini Freezing - Am I the only one?
My CNX Mini has started to freeze. Tried hard reboot several times, but no luck. Am I the only one?

No, it comes on and freezes, comes on and freezes. Sometimes it comes on sound only. But I'm patiently waiting like everyone else.

Are we still all waiting ? Otherwise, about your problem with the "sound only," from my experience, you need to reboot again and for some reason, the image comes back after a 2nd reboot.

Ok guys CNX is not done yet, they are also coming up with an ihub solution. Heres a copy and paste:

Good news for everyone in the FTA community. The CNX iHub is ready to go and is already shipped to our sponsor. They expect them in on June 8 or 9 (around $100) and from what I've been told, they are working on just about everything including international channels. The new BIN will be released by the end of this week and this will not be a beta fix like Sonicview's, this will be up and running on all available channels. There has been rumors of the CNX receivers also working on the porn channels, but until I have seen it for myself, this is still a rumor

sounds great i have a duo, i bought this model 4 months ago, thinking it would have a fast enough cpu, card slot 2 usb and so on, i have been wating to hear about the hub so i say hub a hub a ;0

I would like to know where you got your c/p info from.
Because I just went to the CNX boys & I don't see what you are posting...but I did find this >>>

This has been discussed a while back but just in case you missed it, the Smart Card slot on many receivers could also be used for an Ethernet connection...don't ask how much the item is worth or if it's available because we don't know...all I'm saying is that it's another Ethernet port possibility..time will tell.
For those in doubt, the picture below is an Ethernet card device, for all receivers that have a CAS card slot. (sorry can't show the photo)

It's amazing how rumors start flying.
I don't have any evidence to support this, but how about this.....With the few channels that are left, rather than dealing with an ecm, maybe they are just focusing their efforts on solving N3.
