reciever problems
hi i need help, i have a conax mini and most of my channels scrambled yesterday. i was told from a different internet site to download the factory default, then the latest fix, but somthing went wrong and i now only have 71 channels on my receiver and all of them are scrambled. can anyone help me figure out what happend or what i did wrong? and how i can fix my problems, thanks much

probably you didn't setup your antenna settings correctly after you factory defaulted.
(you should right them down  )
what's your hardware setup buddy?
a dish 500 with dp twin looking at 119/110 or other?

you downloaded the factory bin as well? if ya did that your gonna have to strart over from scratch

ok so i have no idea what my hardwear set up is, how do i find it. and i'm pretty sure i also put the factory bin in aswell but i don't think i have the correct factory bin, can some one please help me start from scratch, like i just bought it. thanks so much i'm very confused about my reciever

You need to do the following steps:
1. Load Factory Bin as Bootloader.
2. Load Upgrade File, in this case 3.42.UNO as Bootloader
(If there's a patch, you'll need to load that as well, there are none right now)
3. Scan for channels (let us know what dish/lnb you have and we can help)
4. Hard reset the receiver.
