Ukrainian channels?

Any channels to get in North America? I've heard that Inter + (Ukrainian) is on Telstar 11 (37.5 W). Has anyone verified? There is nothing really listed for Telstar 11 on Lyngsat or any other site for that matter (North America). There are a bunch of Ukrainian FTA Channels out there - but none of the beams reach here. All the sats are positioned for Europe.

Do i need new dish?
If so 500 at 90 deg will do it?

On IT5 (97w) are 1+1, UATV, UTR
req 33in dish with 10.750 LNB
On Echo3 (61w) is Inter+
