Anik F3 - Dishnet package?

Having a heck of a time trying to help a friend set up for the German channels on Anik F3.
He's getting 119 at about 98 on the Q scale with his 30" dish and GT-SCIR40 LNBF. The Sat locks immediately.
Now going to ANIK F3 we're getting above 60 on the Q scale but the Sat does not lock in.
Doing a scan we get the 3 German channels at 4000 ..1..2. ,
and going to these channels on his Viewsat Ultra the quality scale still shows over 60 but again the sat doesn't lock or identify itself. The channels don't come in and show "autoroll processing" forever.

1) How do we get these channels to show up in the DN package under 724, 725,726 where they belong.

2) How do we get these channels to autoroll when all other DN channels are autorolling with the current fix?

Pleeeeease help.

I had to scan using I think it was the 121 satellite not the 118.7? For some reason the 118 file would not do it and the only way was to scan in echostar 9. It has been a while and I forgot if it was a blind scan I had to do. Should be more information somewhere. viel spass....

here you need a up to date sat file for the ones you want here bel posted this today and i am using it works great do a factory default and follow the directions..

Thanks, that should have done it......but still no joy.
Installed the new satinfo file. Followed the instructions to a T.
I get almost Q 100 on 119. When I go to scan 118.7 I still get close to Q 75 but no satellite ever gets confirmed as being locked.
I've tried:
LNBF Universal
Hi 11250
Lo 9750
TP 11989 R, 2000, 3/4 .....which is the German transponder and shows Q75.

Also tried:
LNB Standard
10750 and also 10600
again around Q75 but no sat confirmation.

I've scanned just this one TP and I did a blind scan.
The 3 German channels again show up in the 4000 area and nothing shows up between 600 and 800 in the Echostar package.
In the 4000 area they will not descramble.

PLEASE HELLLLP before I fall off the roof from exaustion.

UPDATE: I have a happy neighbor!!
This time we scanned the Echostar 121 with the same settings as before. In addition we turned OFF every other LNB. Channels are now showing up in the 724 area and are finally unscrambled.
