view sat in RV

I have a view sat pro in my RV with a winegard inmotion satellite.I appear to have the proper signal on both 110 & 119,port set to 1 on 119 and 2 on sat 110.I have the proper sw listed as sw42I still do not receive any of the sat119 channels,even though signal is listed as good as well as quality.Any advice on what I am doing wrong?
