No clue
My vsPro went down this morning and i don't know whatelse to do.
I did hard reset, check the cables and switchs, factory default newest bin and still S and Q 0%. i guess D*** and BEV are down here.
Also i checked twice my settings.

yep it is something on your end. i think i would try setting it up just like you did the very first time. i dont have a vspro. but they must have a factory reset. i would do that. and re do all your settings. good luck. hope you get her up and running. let us know how your making out.

Now S is about 15% and gray and Q still 0%.
Also starting raining here.

it might be the weather but i dont think so. not for that long of time. maybe your dish has moved i bet. try to tweak your dish.

Looks like your dish moved and needs some realignment. If everything was working and you did not fiddle around much with the receiver settings, that would be most probable cause. Try realigning and let us know how it works out.

now i have on both about 70% - 80% S and no Q!
also i change the cable from lnb to stb.
