I Can View The Chan/Guide But Not View The Programs
Hi ,
i have a VSPRO-080618A-2
and everything else is fine, i have great signal and quality, all the channels appear and the guide and information on the program appears but i can not view the programs, can anybody please help me?

I don't quite understand your question. Is the guide information not there? Or are you saying no picture comes in? If you are not getting a picture, do a hard reboot. Turn OFF with back switch, leave OFF for a few minutes and then power back on. Let us know, and welcome to ABAdss, glad you joined us...

check your setting and make sure all is good...then reinstall working bin

Check your settings like fernascal said, make sure the LNB is turned on. Make sure cables are connected correctly on back of STB. May need to load factory file, then the latest bin, reenter your sat settings and then scan the sats again...let us know...
