Parental control problem

Hi guys,

I have a question and I'm not really sure that this is the right place to post it, if it isn't I'm sorry.

I just bought a Viewsat Pro and I can't make the receiver to lock the rated PG-13, actually it does but I can see the channel in the background and that is for every channel, the only diference is that when I enter the password I can hear the channel.

If any one can help me that will be much appreciated!

Same here. Even if you lock the channel it will still show the video with no sound.

I have VS pro too with same problem you guys.. So i report this problem to the VS home. Then Cyphris: pm me back and he said;It Known and being looked at by the coders as well as much other issues and functionality. Meaning, we wait and see what they can do... For the meantime buddy it is better to delete the Porn channels before the kids saw it....

The thing is that I would have to delete everything that is above
PG-13, not only porn.
