Existin Satellite Help

I just moved into a new house and their is an existing satellite already installed from Dave with single LNB. I plugged in my VS-PRo and am getting 88% Quality and Signal for echostar 8,10 but the actual label is not showing on the top right hand corner of the screen. If I flip through the channels it is also telling me that their is no signal.

What settings should I put for the Antenna settings? Or does the dish need to be re-aligned. Let me know, thanks!

you will have to aim your dish to a different bird.
